Our social reduced entrainment has been everything to our illness, diseases; we have been very easy to hand our power, choice, creativity of our unique sense of self - and thus creating the disassociation of who we truly are - oftentimes, as mentioned so brilliantly in the Seth Series, Soul Perspectives - one will surrender to a more powerful version of the self, if the now version is feeling lost, alone, out of control, and thus the other personalities step in to protect itself - ~

* OCD - much of its sensitivities were misunderstood, and misdiagnosed in my opinion and we have much higher vibrational re-write to do in this and many other of our human social-anxiety, personality, psyche experiences

* intelligent side, strong side, shy side, leadership side, and so on and how to ensure that we are equally balanced and peaceful, and creative in all of our expressions and while healing what needs to when it arises for it will -
